Powder coated brake components. Tires replaced with retread Goodyear Flight Custom III's. Interior wing, fuselage, empennage, tail, vertical stab treated with Corrosion X annually. Replaced AC compressor with new and overhauled motor. Changed to Freon 134a. Replaced worn loose links in pilot seat adjustment. Replaced right inner and outer flap and aileron. Replaced right landing light assembly. Replaced left and right landing light bulb with superbright LEDs. Replaced left and right wing strobe lights with flashing LEDs. Replaced OEM voltage regulators with Hartzell R1224B regulators. Replaced left main electric fuel pump. Replaced all 6 fuel bladders with Eagle tanks. Right wing replaced for spar corrosion many years ago
