Pilot Seat Uncovered Is in Great Shape. Passenger Seat Was Just Starting to Get a Wear Spot on the Upper Outboard Corner of the Seat Back. Carpet Is Like New. Plastic Panels Have Some Sun Heat Warpage, but Overall in Good Shape.

- Aircraft Has Old Damage History from Gear Up Landings. All Repairs Were Done at Experienced Reputable Shops. Belly Was Recently Stripped, Properly Prepped for Primer, Then Sanded and Top Coated Since a Full Re-paint Had Not Been Done from the Last Gearup Landing. There Is Some Light Hail Damage on the Stabilator and Ailerons. Aircraft Has the One Piece Windshield and the Plexiglass Is in Good Condition, but Has Some Scratches Around Edges of Window Liner.
