1958 De Havilland DHC-6 -200Turboprop Aircraft • Laos

This 1958 DeHavilland DHC-6-200, serial number 119, presents a comprehensively restored Twin Otter with a total airframe time of 29,203 hours and 51,109 landings. The aircraft underwent an extensive restoration in 2012 by Altenrhein Aviation in Switzerland, which included significant structural work such as replacing the main frame, side-frames, wing struts, and all 15 fuel cells, along with a complete re-wiring and replacement of all flight control cables. Both Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-34 engines and Hartzell propellers were installed new at that time, each showing 425 hours since new.
