This 1954 Piper PA-18 Super Cub, registered as N200FG, is a genuine L21B warbird with a total airframe time of 3,975 hours. It was originally purchased by the Italian Air Force and returned in the early 1980s, with a subsequent restoration completed in 1997. Since that restoration, the aircraft has accumulated only 125 hours on both its Mattituck 150 HP O-320 engine and its fabric covering. The engine was pickled and the aircraft was stored in a hangar until the current owner's recent purchase, at which point a significant amount of maintenance was performed.
