During that restoration the aircraft was completely disassembled for full refurbishment of structural members, alclad skins, fabric coverings, wiring, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel systems, fire suppression, plumbing and hoses, along with complete corrosion removal and repainting of the entire aircraft.
