1942 Taylorcraft L-2Single-Engine Piston Aircraft • OH, USA
This 1942 Taylorcraft L-2A is a project nearing completion at the Historical Aircraft Squadron in Lancaster, Ohio. The aircraft has undergone a complete rebuild, incorporating a new airframe, new fabric covering, and a newly rebuilt 100-horsepower engine with a new, zero-time propeller. The fuselage, fabric, and a Skyteck starter also have zero time. The cockpit is equipped with new OD Green hooker harness seatbelts. The aircraft can be inspected in person at the Historical Aircraft Squadron facility on Wednesdays or Saturdays.
