This 1940 WACO UPF-7 (N133RG) represents a meticulously restored classic biplane with only 5 hours since its engine rebuild. The aircraft underwent a complete ground-up restoration in 2009 by Charles Taylor, a lifelong A&P mechanic with extensive fabric aircraft restoration experience. The work included new wings, center section, seats, and a rebuilt Continental W-670 radial engine by Radial Engine Inc. Avionics feature a 50 AMP alternator, 3-way intercom, transponder, and transceiver, with all flight instruments overhauled except the oil pressure and temperature gauges, plus a directional gyro for enhanced navigation.
