This 1970s-built GB-1 Special, registered to Glen David and located in Ashfork, AZ, is being offered for $7,500 cash. Constructed by Glen Beets from plans sold through the Stolp Starduster corporation, it features a steel tubing fuselage with wooden wings. Power comes from a 1700 cc Volkswagen engine paired with a Nelson brothers 2.5:1 gear reduction and a Ted Hendricks propeller.

The aircraft was discovered during a recent annual inspection to have low compression on three of its four cylinders, necessitating a top overhaul. The seller is firm on no trades.
