The DEHAVILLAND DHC-6-300 TWIN OTTER X2 (serial number 442) represents a completely remanufactured zero-time aircraft through AEVEX's proprietary "Re-Life®" process, delivering factory-new structural life limits of 66,000 hours or 132,000 cycles. This IFR-capable turboprop features new Pratt & Whitney PT6A-34 engines rated at 750 SHP each, with factory-new status and a 4,000-hour TBO, paired with Hartzell HC-D4N-3A/D9515 scimitar propellers configured for the optional 14,000-pound MTOW STC. The aircraft comes with a baseline five-year corrosion inspection completed per DHC-6 maintenance standards and includes overhauled systems, new wiring harnesses, and Cleveland wheels/brakes.
