Engine Mount

Engine mount/nose gear assembly professionally welded and powder coated. Pre-welded IO-360 dynafocal ring. New heavy duty lord mounts included.

Firewall

Fiberfrax - Aluminum firewall with ceramic heat barrier per plans. Cowl mount on perimeter of firewall complete.

Oil Cooler

Airflow Systems 20006A - New oil cooler, NDM P/N installed on firewall shelf. Output plenum complete.

Landing Gear

Parker - Electro-hydraulic landing gear complete. Main gear components professionally welded and painted with self etching primer. Main gear doors installed. 1000 psi hydraulic power unit installed. All three gears cycle well on jacks.

Linear Actuator

Vans RV-6/7/8/9 - Flaps extended and retracted by new linear actuator. Maximum flap deflection correct.

Fuel System

Mitchell - Complete through firewall mounted fuel filter. gallon centerline fuselage tank and gallon tank in each wing. All tanks pressure tested. Wing tanks use sight gauges. Fuselage tank uses float sensor and panel indicator. Quick drains on all tanks. Four position fuel tank selector. P/N fuel pump providing PSI, suitable for fuel injected engines.

Canopy

3/16" clear canopy installed and sliding well on cabin rails. Forward and aft locking pins engage when canopy closed. Tight fitting skirt installed blending into fuselage. 1/4" thick lightly smoked windscreen included and cut to size, but not installed.

Control Cables

All control cables throughout airframe are stainless steel with end fittings professionally swaged by Aircraft Spruce.

Pitot Tube

12-AN5812 - New heated pitot tube, type installed.

Pitch Trim

Ray Allen - New electric pitch trim system installed.

Wheels and Brakes

Cleveland - New wheels/brakes, with rudder pedal cylinders reservoir installed. Brakes need to be plumbed from rudder pedal cylinders to brake cylinders.

Strobe Power Supply

Whelen HDAFC - New model HDAFC strobe power supply (multi-flash) with combination strobe/position lights on wingtips and tail installed.

Cabin Air Vents
