Interior Notes: The recently updated leather really makes for a cozy, clean interior in this N35 Bonanza. Overall, the carpet, side panels, headliner, and seats are in good condition. The only minor flaw that caught my attention was some abnormal wear on the right-side front arm rest (an easy fix). The 4-point inertial reel seat belts up front are a welcomed and valuable upgrade to a Bonanza.

Exterior Notes: The aluminum surfaces of this N35 Bonanza are in reasonable shape for its age. I did not spot any evidence of hangar rash on trailing edges of the wings or ruddervators, and the leading edges look to be in good condition. I spotted some very minor dings on the top surfaces of the ruddervators. The paint is in fair condition when you look at it up close, but is protected as best as possible in a hangar. It looks like there have been some paint corrections in various places. Overall, though, as you can see in the pictures, it looks pretty good.
