This ULTRALIGHT AERO LIGHT 103 is a professionally engineered flying wing design constructed with an aluminum 6061T6 spar, aircraft plywood leading edge D-tube and ribs, and Dacron covering for the rear ribs. The aircraft features rigid flight control linkages using 6061T6 aluminum tubing and aircraft-grade stainless steel cable for wingtip vertical control surfaces, with all aircraft stainless steel hardware and fasteners sourced from Aircraft Spruce & Specialty. With only 50 total hours on the airframe, the aircraft is equipped with a new HPD 32 electric motor with four 60Ah battery packs, ADI interface, and a 3-blade Helix carbon...
