This 2012 BugEater, a homebuilt design by Dave Blanton and his ninth aircraft project, is tailored after the Breezy design and presents a unique open-cockpit flying experience. With a total time of only 134 hours on the airframe, this aircraft offers exceptionally low utilization. Power comes from a Lycoming O-235 producing 115 HP, with 1,348 hours since major overhaul (1,348 SMOH) against a 2,400-hour TBO, and 153 hours since top overhaul (153 STOH).
