Interior Notes: The interior in N9333M is clean and tidy. During the intake review of the aircraft, I noted no rips or tears, and no areas of wear. The upholstery, floors, side panels, and headliner are in good condition and have a clean, modern look. The aircraft is equipped with shoulder harnesses all the way around (it's unusual to see shoulder harnesses in the back seat of the M20s). Overall, you'd be proud to show off this interior.

Exterior Notes: The exterior of this M20E is in really nice condition, no doubt because the aircraft is hangared. The aluminum is nearly perfect, no hail damage or hangar rash. I noted one minor ding on the far outboard portion of the leading edge of the left wing. It's amazing that this vintage of an M20 has such nice aluminum skin. The paint shows well and exhibits depth and shine. The color combination is beautiful in the direct sunlight and looks nicer than it comes through on photos. The blueish/greenish color leans towards blue, but at some angles looks almost like it has more green in it. I found two spots with minor paint drips, they're difficult to spot though. Overall, it does look nice! Tires are fairly new, full of tread, and in nice condition. Plexiglas windows and windshield are in nice condition and do not show much age, presumably because the aircraft is always hangared.
