1958 Dehavilland DHC-6 -200Turboprop Aircraft • Laos

This 1958 DeHavilland DHC-6 -200, serial number 119, presents a comprehensively restored example with 29,203 hours total time on airframe. The aircraft underwent an extensive restoration in 2012 by Altenrhein Aviation in Switzerland, which included replacing the main frame, side-frames, wing struts, all 15 fuel cells, and performing a complete re-wiring of the aircraft along with replacement of all flight control cables. The restoration also installed new Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-34 engines and Hartzell propellers, both with 425 hours since new.
