This 1940 Naval Aircraft Factory (NAF) N3N-3, registration C-FNMW and serial number 4420, is a piece of aviation history with an impressive Hollywood pedigree. It was used in 1959 in the filming of Alfred Hitchcock’s classic “North by Northwest” starring Cary Grant. Originally registered as N45091, it was sold in 2012 by an Illinois owner to its current owner in Muskoka, Ontario, Canada.
