This is a 1929 Brunner-Winkle Bird, bearing the registration 831W, and it is offered as a very extensive restoration in progress. The wings, tail feathers, and fuselage have been completed by the Posey Brothers, with over 800 pictures on file documenting the entire process. All new stainless steel streamline flying and landing wires, along with clevises, have been installed, and all parts are painted with the exception of the cowlings and upper fuselage, which remain in great original condition.
